My name is Tina Graham and I'm from Washington state. I work at one of our local high schools as a Records Assistant. I have been very fortunate in my life and have wanted to give back for some time.  I now have the opportunity to give back through volunteering with an amazing organization, Assist Africa.

Assist Africa is a nonprofit, non-government organization that believes that all people deserve to lead happy, healthy, and productive lives. Each year, they run a Medical Humanitarian trip to Togo, West Africa, where they provide free medical care and educational classes in collaboration with SAFU and Pen to Paper Ghana.

I am so excited to be a part of their 2019 Team Togo Mission. Each volunteer pays for their own travel. In addition, each volunteer is required to raise $1600 to cover the costs involved with the mission, such as shipment and transportation of supplies, accommodations etc.
